Is there any existing worklet to uninstall Snagit?I’ve attempted to use the uninstall worklet template titled Uninstall Specific App by Name and Uninstall all apps under specific version and both have resulted in command timeout.

How do you export current policies and groups in automox. I don’t see any options available to this in the platform. 

Can someone explain when Automox decides to run the remediation code of a worklet? I am using the worklet “Windows - Maintenance - Maintenance Window Reboots” from the worklet catalog and have the restart days as Saturday and a maintenance window of 4:00AM - 4:30AM”. After applying this worklet to a group I scan the device and it shows as “Compliant”. When the worklet scheduled time comes around there is no activity when it should in fact have rebooted the devices because they are all pending updates.  Do I need to change the restart days to every day so Automox thinks it needs to be rebooted and set the worklet schedule to the day it needs to be remediated?

What is the best way to have automox execute two one line commands? the commands would be: winget install Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.7winget install Microsoft.DotNet.AspNetCore.7 would i create a worklet with both remedaition and execution code to something like this:winget install Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.7 && winget install Microsoft.DotNet.AspNetCore.7 i dont know if the && works the same way in windows as it does linux?

There are certain limitations I’ve come across with PS scripts in worklets and I’m curious A) if they’re possible, or B) how exactly worklets invoke the scripts on remote endpoints.  I’ve tried finding information on how exactly worklets run scripts on remote endpoints but it’s pretty obfuscated. Examples:If I try calling a static .NET method for a Windows form element, like a notification popup, nothing will display on the remote endpoint.  Example below:[System.Windows.MessageBox]::Show( "Title", "Message", [System.Windows.MessageBoxButton]::OK, [System.Windows.MessageBoxImage]::Information)Or if I try invoking rest method to send a message to Teams using a public incoming webhook, it will not post.  Example below:Invoke-RestMethod -Uri $webhookUri -Method POST -Body $json -ContentType "application/json"How exactly do worklets run these scripts on remote endpoints, and are there ways to get examples such as these to work?

Has anyone created a Worklet that can change Zones of Windows systems?  I am not the best at PowerShell and was hoping someone has already created this. Hello,I noticed in our Automox environment that we have a lot of client devices reporting they still need to update Microsoft Office 365 to latest version. However, we use the Semi-Annual Enterprise release channel and Automox is showing the Office version for the Current Release channel. Is there a way to get a count of total devices through the API without getting all devices through the servers endpoint?

We have a lot of machines that are currently showing Not compatible because AgentNotifier.exe is not being allowed to communicate back to the Automox console.  Is there a port we need to open on these computers?

Considering the shift to remote work, managing mapped drives through group policy isn’t as effective as it would be with the majority of users being on premises. I would like to use shift to using Automox worklets to manage mapped network drives, but when I test using PowerShell commands like “New-PSDrive” it runs as the administrator and the drives don’t appear for the end user. My current solution is to drop a .cmd file into the startup folder, but this is inelegant. Is there a better way to do this?

Hello, I have created a worklet to install a software to users machines and I want to know if I do daily install scheduled. does it by pass if the software already exist or it re-install on top of the existing install? I need to deploy this to 900+ machines and as of now we have about 200 completed because some machines are offline during the manual automox install

In the downloaded report the policy status column is showing as  'Non-Compliant'. Where can I check this status in Automox portal. 

I need to re-install a new palo alto VPN client software with a new profile and right now I have 2 tasks that I have to run -uninstall software (using a generic uninstall worklet) -install software with the new portal configuration (using requires software policy)Start-Process msiexec.exe -Wait '/I vpn.msi /quiet PORTAL="mynewportal.test.com"' how can this be done efficiently in maybe a 1 task? 

need help with creating a worklet to install a personal certificate store and be able to deploy thos to multiple machines. It would be extremely helpful to be able to manage worklets in git and then have those from the main/master/prod branch be what’s active in Automox. Unfortunately no API exists to make that possible either. Anyone aware of possible solutions that would help? 

Hi, I have uploaded a file named “config” to the remediation code, and I want to copy it to the directory "/usr/local/bin"In the script I tried using :Copy-Item .\config -Destination “/usr/local/bin”but it didn’t work.Could somebody help me ? Thanks in advance !

Is there a worklet available for macOS to stop automatic software updates?

UPDATE: I just discovered Automox will always run Remediation when the policy is run manual - this is an extremely aggravating feature which makes testing evaluation code much more difficult.  My question to the Automox staff - doesn’t this do more damage than good, what is the actual purpose of this?  This makes testing policy very tedious, just like how running a policy manually will not display notifications the same as when run via schedule.  Something this impactful should be a warning on the worklet, not buried in documentation!  Please include something like the below as this causes such an unbelievable headache It appears the worklet evaluation block (Windows) either doesn’t work, or I’m doing something wrong…I’m building a BitLocker worklet and exit code 0 in the evaluation block will always run the remediation block.  According to the documentation, exit code 0 is meant to mark as compliant and exit code 1 is meant to trigger remediation, but clearly this is not the case.See
