I'm not able to download and print my newest Pro certificate as I was with my other two badges (Essentials and Practitioner). It seems its only electronic badges now. Is it only me or has that option been removed for certs?

Hi everyone!My name is Phil, I am a Cyber Security Lead focussing on the engineering and architecture side (though I dabble in a bit of everything!). We are currently in the early stages of Automox and preparing our onboarding and deployment. Hello there, my name is Chad Lewis and I just joined the Automox team today (Jan 2nd). I am a Senior Software Engineer and will be helping with the agent team going forward. In the past I was the team lead for the macOS endpoint product provided by Webroot (now OpenText), and most recently I was a member of the agent team for a startup called Todyl where I worked on Windows, macOS, and Linux. I am excited to be here and hope to be active in the forums once I have a strong grasp on my domains! I am a Security Engineer working for an MSP in Washington state.  We currently use Automox for Patch Management and some application deployments.The most recent items we have also been using Automox for is to force Teams to shut down prior to Patching as users tend to leave Teams open, causing conflicts in the update process.We also use Automox to quickly uninstall applications globally and it works so much better than Microsoft or trying to do things manually.
