Thanks for your reply, yes I’m very a new AX’s user, I was facing some issue with some on prem tools and finaly someone told me good things about Automox, acting also in the Cloud. So I’m here to discover and keep use it as most of my friends.

I don’t know if here there is a way you’ve been puting in place to start with new AX’s Users: a book, a link or whatever can help start understanding and onboarding servers and patch them in a good way.

I’d like to know if there is others requirements related to the Network Ax Agent installation apart from the folowing agent system requirement : https://docs.automox.com/product/Product_Documentation/Agents/Agent_Requirements/Automox_Agent_Requirements.htm?Highlight=agent%20requirement

Tipicaly i’d like to know if I want to connect my divice to the Ax console, will I just need my device to reach Internet or It’s should reach my consol througth a specific port number?

As for prerequisites, here is the networking information involving which endpoints we’ll need visibility to Platform Firewall Allowlisting Rules.

Be sure to also review the endpoint protection guide to ensure you’re connections will not get blocked 
Globally Trust-listing Automox Through EPP Application Control.

Most client connections are outbound TCP port 443 & 80, though there are specific components like Splashtop and analytics to also account for - like performance ports. Take a look and reach out with any specifics questions.
