I am a Security Engineer working for an MSP in Washington state.  We currently use Automox for Patch Management and some application deployments.The most recent items we have also been using Automox for is to force Teams to shut down prior to Patching as users tend to leave Teams open, causing conflicts in the update process.We also use Automox to quickly uninstall applications globally and it works so much better than Microsoft or trying to do things manually.

I’ve been using Automox for over a year, but never really got real in depth, outside of patching those pesky laptops that never seem to make it back to the local network. I’ll be trying to dive way deep now and utilize it for all of our end user devices and maybe servers...Server patch and reboot automation scares me a little still.Oh, and I really want an Otto ;)

Hey everyone,My name is Robbie and I’m a security engineer with a background in systems administration and general IT.My company currently uses Automox for standard patch management type work. However, the tool itself seems pretty powerful and we’re excited to learn more ways in which it can augment what we do with Intune and Defender.I recently created an automation for vulnerability management that acts as a data mover between DefenderTVM and Automox with the end goal being automation of uploads to the Remediation tool for those use use both tools in conjunction with one another. Hi All,  We use Atumox for last 2 months or so . Fro new areas I use automox API and import it to ELK stack. Hope to get 100% from Automox as full stack for patching.  Cheers  Michal 

I've been using Automox for about 1 to 2 years now and I'm glad I don't have to deal with the "native WSUS" anymore. Hi!  I've been an autmox user for a little over a year now, and the changes and maturation of the product has been really good.   I love the new dashboards and the reports.  Joshua in support has been very helpful whenever I have an issue.  All in all, keep it up!  Now send me my Otto!!!  :-P
