Hi, all. I’m new here, so forgive me if I’m reposting something already covered.We have 2 machines that have recently received what I believe were 3rd party updates from Automox that have slowed the machines to a crawl. We send out daily updates so I’m unclear as to the exact day, much less exact update, that might be causing this. Has anyone else seen this with a recent (in the last week) update, and if so did you determine what was causing it?Also, any tips for quickly alleviating the symptoms without rolling back to a restore point (if there even is one) would be much appreciated. At this point I’m hoping more updates coming through will fix whatever got buggered up. Note that this is only 2 machines (that I know of) out of about 200.Thanks in advance!

I’d love to hear about your journeys, lessons learned or epic mistakes!  Recently got a master class on patch policy and thought I’d document some of  my journey here. One of my biggest mistakes going from an SCCM driven world into Automox was not carrying over some of those well tested enterprise habits. I’ve been trying to optimize to create the best outcome.  Here are a few pain points I’m focused onMachines that are not always online, or offline for a few weeks and magically show up. Corrupt windows update agents. Reboot Expectations and User Experience. Patches failing to install Multiple reboots and the same patch being applied Security tools that were working stopped. So Now I need to re-install… I think ConfigMgmt tools that were working stopped. Okay. let’s fix that Any security controls I can use a script to gather intelligence on for custom monitoring with the API…  First winwas converting a single patch everything policy into separate policies for OS, 3rd party, O365, Defen

We'd like to switch some of our AWS instances over to Graviton, for the cost/performance improvements, but there isn't currently an Automox agent for ARM.Is this something in the roadmap, or should we be considering an alternative patch management platform which does support it?

Would love to use CMD line vs Powershell some times be nice to pick the language we want to use same goes for mac maybe i want Bash or Python or Ansible or puppet

Hi there, I tried to create a group of laptops based on rapid7’s version, but the filters didin’t do this action. How could we create this kind of groups?because in reality, there may be machines in a given group that already have a precise version of what we're looking for, and we don't necessarily want to crush it. I've seen that it's only in the worklet script that you 'absolutely' have to check a given version so that it only applies to the machines concerned...Is there another way?Thanks  regards

Are there any plans to allow remote sessions to be broken into multiple windows?  Our previous RMM tool Splashtop would allow me to open each screen in a separate window so I could see screen 1 and 2 in full size and I could just switch between the two screens with the click of a button.  Almost all of our staff work on 2 monitors, sometimes 3 if they use a laptop and dual screens and it’s really difficult to quickly troubleshoot issues when I’m constantly having to zoom in and out and drag the screen around to see what I need to see.  It’s a lot of extra clicking just to go from one screen to the next in the event a window pops up on the other monitor instead of the one I’m working on.
