Question

Error from performRequest

Forum|alt.badge.img

I’m testing the installation of an agent on a linux system (redhat 7), the system is behind a proxy...so proxy variables are in place per documentation.

After I start the service, I see its connected to our proxy but it fails to perform the request (see below). Any idea why?

Hi, @Raul_MLB - welcome to the Community! Sorry you’re getting that error. Right off-hand, it definitely looks like something’s not getting past that proxy. If you haven’t already, let’s get Support involved so they can take a look (they’ll have remote access/etc. unlike me).

I recall having to edit the install script, where curl commands weren’t using the proxy to fetch file and such. I had to either add the “-x” (for proxy option) parameter for curl or edit curl conf file to use proxy globally.

Do you recall the location of the script?
