I am a Security Engineer working for an MSP in Washington state. We currently use Automox for Patch Management and some application deployments.
The most recent items we have also been using Automox for is to force Teams to shut down prior to Patching as users tend to leave Teams open, causing conflicts in the update process.
We also use Automox to quickly uninstall applications globally and it works so much better than Microsoft or trying to do things manually.
