They were using Teams to collaborate on fixing it?
Ironically enough, that was part of the issue for the Cloudflare outage last year. They had their tools and dashboards on the same pipe as the rest of their infrastructure, so they took themselves down too.
Root cause ended up being bad regex and they’d removed a test to check for bad regex:
