We have Automox deployed on our users devices and overall it is great for keeping devices up to date, but if a device has need of updates that we can see on our console, the icon on the users device still says that it is up to date?

Automox icon on devcies always shows up to date

We are glad to hear Automox is generally working well in your environment! If you are seeing updates available in the Automox Console, but your devices are showing as up to date, then the most likely case is that your patch policies are not scoped to cover those particular patches.
If you haven’t already, then we recommend using our best practice patch policy templates. You can find them directly in the Automox Console on the main dashboard by scrolling down until you see the “Next Steps” section, or by going to Automox University (our free training portal) and then the Getting Started section.
