Not seeing this happen in our environment, are your endpoints set to hibernate if not logged in? That might explain the network connection ending...

The user is logged into the system, but the device is displaying a 'not ready' and 'disconnected' status in the Automox console. What are the possible reasons for the console to display these statuses when the user is already logged into the device?

from my experience anyway, I usually make sure the amagent service didnt hang or not fully start, and then check if the machines firewall maybe is blocking the connection needed to report correctly.
