Anyone using the beta agent and running into issues? I am seeing a number of failures and the log shows they failed due to execution policy issues. Unable to run the script because running scripts is disabled. This is new.

Additionally, I would rollback the agent for the time being - if this is a production machine.

Before doing so, support may ask for logs for the device to which you can use this worklet Windows - Forensics - Get Automox Agent Log (amagent.log). Grab that, save/export those logs and submit it to the service request.

Then, to rollback,

  • deregister,
  • uninstall the client,
  • reinstall + reregister the agent
