What is the reason some Windows KB updates cannot be rolled back, and why is the rollback option disabled in the bulk actions menu for specific KB updates?

Hello!
Eligibility for a KB to be rolled back is determined by the metadata Microsoft ships with the patch. Typically, any updates that can be uninstalled per the Microsoft Update Catalog can be rolled back. If a KB can be rolled back, you can choose to utilize the rollback option within the bulk actions menu you referenced. For updates that do not natively support rollbacks, I recommend using this Worklet from our catalog: Rollback Windows Patches. This Worklet will allow you to specify the KB(s) to be removed, and if the specified KB(s) is installed on any device associated with the Policy, it should be removed. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
