As an admin, you can now enforce email 2FA for your entire organization. Please navigate to Settings > Security to check it out! To manipulate individual users, please go to User Accounts, select the user(s) and click on the Actions drop down button.

Note that if you have multiple orgs, if one of those orgs has mandatory 2FA turned on, that will apply to your login overall. It isn’t like you can have 2FA turned on for your login to one org, but not for the other, since it’s just one single login.
