Hi AM Community,

I do have an open ticket with support, but figured I’d ask here.  We were onboarded mid-January and since then we have had devices stop connecting with the console and then they are never reconnected again until we restart the client.  The agent service is still running, but the only repeated error in the logs is: dial tcp: lookup api.automox.com: no such host

We have a mix of remote and office employees and VPN is only used to access our file server (or internal servers from the IT team).  It appears to be happening to both user types and we can’t figure out the cause.  We have no content filtering or DNS security software (unless you are in the office).

The only consistent error we see is: dial tcp: lookup api.automox.com: no such host

Has anyone experienced this?

Hey @SteveM !

I see that in your support ticket we were able to get a call scheduled for today to assist with this issue.

Let’s continue to use that medium for tracking the issue.

Thanks!
