Actually, we completely reset the PC and wiped it clean, and built the PC from scratch. However, the automox console is showing the pc with the old hostname. How can I clear this up?

If the Mac address is the same, it can do this sometimes.
- Did you remove the endpoint from the console before reinstalling the amagent?
- Has the endpoint scan completed yet?
- And I’m sure you’ve already checked this one, but can you double check the PC hostname on the endpoint?
