What other management/security tools are you using with automox?

We are using Traps for endpoint protection. We’ve found this to be valuable as it relates to the Wildfire service Palo Alto Networks leverages for Traps and its line of nexgen firewalls.

For remote support, we’ve been getting by with RealVNC. We don’t have too many remote users, so it’s easy enough to manage ad hoc. Additionally, it’s one of the few cheaper, scalable solutions that doesn’t get shut down by UAC on Windows machines when you are performing administration functions in a remote session.
