Pending Restarts not recognised

Hi folks, I’ve noticed our instance of Automox has stopped recognising pending restarts on our Windows Servers - I’ve double-checked on the devices and remote PS to confirm.

Is anyone else seeing this or know what I could do to troubleshoot on our side?

    Hi, @Chris W - first, sorry for the slowwwww reply. I’ve been tweaking a lot of notification settings on the new platform, and I’ve admittedly overlooked some questions/etc. My fault. Second, it’s been ~100yrs since you posted, so have you opened a support ticket and/or had any luck yet? I’m happy to help, just let me know.

    Hey @ChadMc-Automox thank you for getting back to me about this one. It’s looking to have come right now, thank you - let’s put it down as a ‘glitch’. lol

    One question I do have though is around any way to block the Windows 11 update (both the update itself, as well as the prompt to users that pops up occasionally in Windows 10) - I’ve looked on forums but the info contained is a bit old.
