The new end user tray experience is quite disappointing. Removing the functionality that informs users about updates or necessary closures is a significant drawback. One of the strengths of Automox was its ability to keep end users informed about updates and patches. Could you please explain the decision to launch the new Tray without the capability for custom text, which was available in the previous agent?

Thank you for your candid feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it.
When designing the new Automox Tray, we conducted extensive customer research and heard that many use cases for custom messaging had been reduced thanks to the clearer, deadline-based workflow. Based on that research, we made the decision to initially launch without custom text capabilities in order to simplify and improve the core experience.

That said, we completely understand that for some customers, custom text remains important. While it was always part of our roadmap to bring this functionality back, we recognize that not having it at launch caused disruption for some users. We do our best to prioritize and incrementally deliver improvements, but we don’t always get it 100% right.

We want you to know that we hear you loud and clear. Restoring custom messaging is now a top priority for the team. While we're still finalizing exactly when it will be available, it’s actively being worked on and will be coming in an upcoming release

Thanks again for helping us make Automox better.
