Did Automox change their signing cert recently?
We manage through AppLocker and the new cert blocked the agent notifier exe which auto rebooted a fair amount of devices without notification 😛
New Signing Cert?
Not sure on the answer to this one so I pinged support and they’re looking into it. Once we learn anything I’ll post back.
Turns out that was our bad. We dropped the ball on getting notice out before the renewal. The new cert is good for the next 2 years, and we’ll make sure there’s advance notice next time. Once you approve the new cert then you’ll be good for a while. Sorry about the no notice reboots, and hopefully you didn’t get in too much hot water for that.
