Hello Forum Members,

I hope this message finds you all well. I am reaching out to the community today with a specific inquiry regarding the deployment of Edge Computing solutions in conjunction with Automox. I'm eager to learn from your experiences and gather insights into the feasibility and best practices for such implementations.

To provide a bit of context, my organization is actively exploring the integration of edge computing into our IT infrastructure to enhance our operational efficiency and reduce latency for critical applications. We have been long-time users of Automox for managing our endpoints, and we believe that combining these two technologies could be a powerful solution.

I am keen to hear about your real-world experiences and any lessons learned from your deployments. Your insights will be immensely valuable to us as we embark on this journey.

Feel free to share your stories, tips, or any resources that you believe would be helpful in our exploration of this integration. Your contributions will not only assist me but also benefit others in the community who might be considering similar endeavors.

Thank you in advance for your time and expertise. I look forward to engaging in a productive discussion and learning from your collective wisdom.

Hi, this is a great question and something we’ve been looking into as well. We recently started using edge computing to support our remote sites where internet speed can be slow. It’s been useful for running important tasks faster without depending on the cloud. We also use Automox to keep our devices updated and secure. Right now, we’re thinking about how to connect both systems in a simple and safe way. I think Automox could be a good tool for managing updates on edge devices too. I’m also interested to hear if anyone else has tried this and what worked well for them.
