Our tenants have all started displaying “Trial Extended”. These are all paid for accounts and billing is up to date yet it is displaying “Payment required”

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We logged a P1 with Automox but it seems their support only operates 9am-5pm business days.

Hi Sophia, we got a response from support but only after I had to message people on Linkedin including ex-employees of Automox to try and find someone to help. Fortunately someone who no longer works for you was able to help me out, but I hope there is some serious consideration to both your internal operational processes that caused this in the first place, and your support services. 


@Jeremy Glad you got some help, but wish you didn’t have to jump through those hoops.In the future, if anything else comes up, feel free to send me a message here in the community, and I’ll be happy to help or at least get you in touch with someone who can! We definitely don’t want this happening again to anyone else.
