Hello,
I am currently trying to integrate Automox with FreshService but when i search for a device that is compliant within Automox and also is a Asset within FreshService the Automox app within FreshService keeps saying: “The Device does not exist in Automox”. I configured the API and set the schedule to run daily at 12:00 AM but it has been a couple of days now and still no information is displayed.
Has anyone here have any experience in setting up this integration?
