The scheduled outage for 12/21 has been rescheduled to Saturday 12/28 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM MST. During this time we will be updating core infrastructure components and expect the following impact:





  • Agents will not be able to communicate with the console


  • Possible degraded performance and access in the console

Is there a schedule, or regular cadence for planned outages?


No regular schedule, but we do make sure to let you know in advance. Fortunately we don’t often need to do updates that require outages - most of our releases don’t require any downtime.
