What worklet was this, specifically?
Will be testing it out. Have a few PCs that are compatible, but they reboot and then go back to Windows 10. Sometimes we receive a failed code but unable to find any log files as to why it failed.
@ChrisF question for you - Did you have to inform the users to leave their PCs on overnight and then push the worklet? Or, were you able to configure it so the Automox notifications were utilized and the user faced a deadline/could reboot when they want?
@SteveM I first ran the Windows 11 upgrade worklet over a weekend (late Friday afternoon) and then ran the worklet everyday at 10am for 2 weeks in order to capture all of the 200 devices that needed to be upgraded to Windows 11. I informed the staff what would happen:

To help ensure a smooth and successful upgrade:, please complete the following steps before the start of the weekend:
- Reboot your laptop
- Connect it to a power source (important!)
- Log in to your device
- Lock the screen (do not shut down or close the laptop)
The upgrade will begin automatically when your device checks in over the weekend. The process typically takes 3 to 5 hours, depending on your internet connection. Most of it will run in the background, allowing you to continue working if needed. Near the end of the installation, your laptop will display a one-minute warning before restarting automatically.
Following the restart:
- Allow about 15 minutes for the system to complete its reboot
- Once you reach the login screen, log in and wait an additional 5 minutes for final setup steps

The evaluation code checks to see if any device is compatible or still needing to be upgraded and takes seconds and doesn’t affect the user or the network.
However, the remediation code will definitely put a strain on a network if you have a ton of devices downloading the Windows 11 upgrade at the same time.
