Please explain Patch Now in Software/Actions/3 dots/Patch Now. Does it patch only the devices impacted?

Hello
That is correct. It only patches the devices that are impacted -- which are the devices that still need that update.
Note: When you’re manually patching -- as in this case with “Patch Now” the enduser will not receive any notifications. You can read more on why in the article Why are notifications not appearing when I run my policy manually.
