Issue with new System Tray

I am having a similar issue and haven’t opened a ticket yet, but was planning on it today when it happened to me.  We are getting “Your Computer is preparing to install updates” on PCs where there is no policy that would push this.  It is happening on my PC actually and I don’t have any active policies that would give me this notification.

I have opened a ticket with support, but will update here with the resolution. 

For those having this same issue. Support is telling me it is a known issue. 

The issue your devices are experiencing was recently identified and is being worked on by our engineering team.
 
In the interim, you can use the following command on those devices to clear the stuck notifications.
amagent notifications remove --all

​@abeidson did you run the command to clear the stuck notifications?  If so, how did you run it?

Just run it in PowerShell. I just tried it on one of my devices and now it says Up to Date (Even though it is behind on updates since it was stuck saying it was updating.)

​@cpletcher yup I figured out that was the quickest way.  I run a remote shell from SentinelOne and do it that way.  By any chance do you have a worklet to deploy from Automox?  I have a fear that notifications are stuck for users and they are just not saying anything.  I’d like to run it let’s say once a week to clear out anything stuck.
