I can see the option to install all updates greater than Low Severity.
Is there a way to scan for “Optional Updates” like you see in the PC’s Windows Updates section?

You can enable the “Install Optional and Recommended Windows Updates” option on your policy for this:
This will allow for the policy to install packages that have the optional patch scope condition in the same way you see in the PC’s Windows Updates section.
