Hello,

I am currently trying to integrate Automox with FreshService but when i search for a device that is compliant within Automox and also is a Asset within FreshService the Automox app within FreshService keeps saying: “The Device does not exist in Automox”. I configured the API and set the schedule to run daily at 12:00 AM but it has been a couple of days now and still no information is displayed.

Has anyone here have any experience in setting up this integration?

 

 

Same issue here with Fresh Service API integration.

Same issue here.   Able to enter API configuration details and shows successful.  However, logs are showing error 504 and nothing syncs.
