I’m researching whether what I’m trying to do is feasible or not.
I’m trying to trigger a webhook on freshservice workflows The idea is to trigger a prepatch email when a patching ticket is placed and another one after the ticket has been completed.
Question is. Is there a way to trigger a prepatch report and send it through mail by using the automox API ? so far I couldn’t find a way to do it.
