I am trying to figure out how to run a scan to update list of devices because we added 7 new users and I want to make sure they have installed the Automox agent on their new devices.

If they have installed it, the device would show in Automox. You would need to use PowerShell or whatever tools you use to manage and query devices to determine if it’s installed first of all.
