I was curious what other agents/management tools you are using with Automox.
We are using Symantec SEP (not by choice, forced from above) and Goverlan for remote support but was curious what the rest of yall are using.

We are using Traps for endpoint protection. We’ve found this to be valuable as it relates to the Wildfire service Palo Alto Networks leverages for Traps and its line of nexgen firewalls.
For remote support, we’ve been getting by with RealVNC. We don’t have too many remote users, so it’s easy enough to manage ad hoc. Additionally, it’s one of the few cheaper, scalable solutions that doesn’t get shut down by UAC on Windows machines when you are performing administration functions in a remote session.
