Embedding Your Access Key into the Automox MSI

If you’re rolling out your Automox installation, or adding more endpoints, here’s our handy guide to embedding your access key into the MSI file using the free MSI editor that Microsoft provides, named Orca:

Once you’ve added the key to the MSI file you can keep using it for future installations, until we release a new version of the agent. While an older version of the agent will install and automatically update to the latest version, it’s always a best practice to install from the latest agent version.
