My place of work has a plague of computers that get filled up on the local drive by our end users which has been causing trouble when trying to use automox. So I put this question forth, if there is a way for automox to automate cleaning up space?

My problem is we can’t just do a be all delete all process as our users like to save important stuff locally. We have tried to educate them not too bt it doesnt work.

Hey @Smithat!

We have a couple of Worklets in the catalog to help with this.

There is the Clean up temporary files for all users Worklet and the Windows - Maintenance Tasks - Remove Old User Profiles Worklet. Both are helpful for clearing up space on device, you may need to edit some of the variables within the Remove Old User Profiles Worklet to make sure you don’t remove any profiles that you want to keep so be sure to read over it before running.

Hopefully that’s helpful! Please let me know if you have any other questions!

The temp files worklet could hep but would there be anything else related to files? We already use a profile delete on shared devices but for assigned device we don’t and we try to teach poeple to use non-local drives for documents.
