Hey @Afonso_Alves_31! This looks really interesting and I can certainly pass along internally to review further. Do you have some more information in regards to what challenge(s) this feature will solve for?

Yes sir. Service Desk and many devices that cannot receive a general patching policy can be resolved by their departments' IT guy.
