What are your most trusted sources of info to support your role? For instance, which sites, podcasts or newsletters do you visit regularly?
For security news, I always visit Brian Krebs’ blog:
He has deeper dives on a lot of security breaches than you’ll get from all the other news articles that get rushed out the door.
Also, even though it’s half a joke account, the Swift on Security twitter account has lots of good security news in between the jokes:
The Register, Written with a sense of British humour and a place to go for all IT news. Other places will visit as needed as and when but most days scan the email digest I get across all IT news for any juicy bits that interest me.
I try to keep an eye on a lot of sites, but my favorites are ThreatPost, KrebsOnSecurity, and DarkReading. The CyberWire daily email is also super useful!

I’m a big fan of The Register too, especially their BOFH series:
WOW - thanks, @Stan-Overwatch. This is super helpful!
Been a while since I read any of those, thanks for reminding me, will pick up and have a read again!
The latest one is a gem:
