Happy National Cheese Lover's Day!

In case you missed it, today is National Cheese Lover’s Day! It’s a goud-a day to have some cheese and doesn’t get any cheddar than this. Personally, I’m really fond-ue of cheese and have already indulged in some feta for lunch.

Ah, I’m partial to the Shallot and Chive but the garlic one is good too!

It depends on the context of the cheese.

In sandwiches and burgers I’m quite partial to Norwegian Jarlsberg or swiss. But there’s also a great burger place near me that does one with camembert on it.

Pasta, always shaved parmesan, with a bit of mozarella.

When I was at uni, my residential college would serve crumbed camembert at fancy events and it was usually the first thing to be gone completely. So tasty but so fattening!

And let’s not forget our good friend, cream cheese icing.
