The Automox Alive Community is a space built for customers, employees, partners, and other IT professionals who are interested in Automox, cybersecurity, or IT operations.

With topics ranging from basic Automox Q&A to answers to life’s greatest questions (see: Is a chicken nugget a sandwich?), the Automox Community really is a one-stop-shop for everything you need to know about IT ops, and more.

But first, why should you join the community?

  • Keep up with the latest news and updates from Automox. Major releases, enhancements, and announcements can all be found in the community! You can even subscribe to specific categories to receive email notifications when a new post goes up.

  • Connect with other Automox customers and IT professionals. The Automox Community can be a great social networking tool, enabling you to interact with other customers, IT professionals, Automox employees, and more.

  • Provide direct feedback. Have thoughts about the newest feature? Want to share feedback with the team? We’d love to hear it!

  • Share best practices and tips with your peers. Help out your peers and share your tips and tricks with the community.

  • Leverage and contribute to a broad library of verified Worklets. Automox Worklets are a great way to automate tasks in your network. The community makes it even easier to access a database of Worklets and share your own with the rest of the community.

Now that I’ve convinced you to join, what can you expect to find in the community?

The community is broken down into a few different sections:

  • Community Home Page
The Automox Community home page will get you anywhere you need to go - a feed of the most recent conversations, a search bar, a leaderboard of top community members, and tiles to all of our categories.

  • Categories and Subcategories
Each thread in the community is placed into a particular subcategory, making it easy to find the content you need. If you’re looking to set up a Worklet, you can find it in our Worklets subcategory. If you want to ask a question about Automox, throw it into Automox Q&A and people will be there to help.

  • Insight Hub
The Insight Hub is a content hub for everything Automox, IT ops, cybersecurity, etc. You can find a variety of different content, including short tutorials, best practice articles, answers to your frequently asked questions, Patch Tuesday overviews, and a whole lot more!

  • Activity Feed
Every thread that comes through the community can be found in the main Activity Feed on the front page. If you want to keep up with the latest, the Activity Feed is the best way to find it!

  • Helpful Links
Want to easily access the developer portal or the knowledge base? You can find links to many of our helpful resources right from the community! So if you ever want to find one of our countless assets, the community is a great place to start.

Speaking of getting started, how do you create an account?

Creating a community account is easy! All you need to do is click the “Login” button on the top right of the page.
